皿ネジに平座金とばね座金を併用する必要がないのはなぜですか?

一般的に組み合わせねじには平座金やばね座金が入っていることがわかりましたか、ほとんどがなべ頭と円筒（キャップ）頭で、皿ねじには基本的に座金は付いていません。この問題を理解したいお客様もいらっしゃると思いますので、ねじメーカーが平座金とばね座金の役割についてお話しします。

1. 平ワッシャーの役割:
① ネジと機械の接触面積を増やし、
② バネ座金によるねじのアンローディング時の機械表面の損傷を除去します。ご使用の際は、先にスプリングスペーサーを使用し、次に平ワッシャーを使用する必要があります。平ワッシャーは機械の表面の隣にあり、スプリングスペーサーは平ワッシャーとナットの間にあります。平座金はねじの力の面積を増やし、ばね座金の役割はねじの緩みを防ぎ、力が加わったときの緩衝材として機能します。

2. スプリングスペーサーの役割
① バネ座金を使用すると、ナット締付け後、バネ座金がナットに弾性力を与えてナットを締め付けるので、ナットが脱落しにくくなります。

(2) スプリングスペーサーを使用していた場合は、ファスナーや取付面の表面を保護する目的以外は、平ワッシャーとスプリングスペーサーを併用するのが一般的です。
